RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All products sold by Skier to Skier are designed for tournament water-skiing use only – do not use under any other conditions.  Water-skiing is sport in which the participant is subjected to great mechanical forces from both boat and water that can result in physical or mental injury or even death.  This claim extends not only to you but also to those around you – especially if you are having a bad ski day and take it out on others.  In all probability you will get hurt or possibly even killed participating in the sport or water-skiing.  The purchaser and user of products sold by Skier to Skier assumes all responsibility for their installation, use, and maintenance. 

The purchaser and user now hereby and forever releases any and all other people, manufacturers, salesmen, and/or companies from any and all liability associated with the use of any products sold by Skier to Skier.  This release includes miss-use, accidents, design flaws, product failure, stupidity, ignorance, and any and all events that could possibly happen – even in your wildest dream or nightmare.

You the purchaser are solely responsible for the safe installation and use of any items purchased from Skier to Skier.  You are also responsible for the safety of all other persons, animals, vessels, vehicles, airplanes, UFOs, endanger species, submarines, space aliens, skiers, swimmers, fisherman, scuba divers, whales, sea or lake creatures, and any an all other person, animals, things, etc that come into contact with the item purchased from Skier to Skier.

If you do not feel comfortable accepting this responsibility (remember the safety of the universe now rests upon your shoulders) or you do not agree with these terms, please return the product unused to Skier to Skier. 

If you use, open the packaging, or install any product sold by Skier to Skier, you assume all responsibility for the installation, use, safety, and maintenance of all products purchased from Skier to Skier.  You, the purchaser/user now forever releases all other parties including Max Strother, any Skier to Skier employee, any friend of Max Strother, and  Skier to Skier's parent company: the Dulos Corporation from any and all liability, injury, or product failure claims.
